When will my order ship?

Orders are dispatched quickly from our Australian warehouse. You'll receive a tracking notification by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship outside Australia?

Not at this stage - we ship exclusively within Australia. We cover all states and territories including remote areas (additional transit time may apply for remote locations).

Are prices GST-inclusive?

Yes. All prices displayed on Nib & Ink include GST. No surprises at checkout.

What if my cartridge is wrong or damaged?

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and a photo if possible. We'll sort it out immediately - replacement or full refund, your choice.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If it hasn't been dispatched yet, we can usually make changes. Contact us ASAP at [email protected]. Once dispatched, changes aren't possible but we can help with a return.

Do you offer volume or business pricing?

Absolutely. For orders of 10+ of any single product, or for regular business accounts, contact us to discuss volume pricing. We work with SMBs, schools, medical practices, and large enterprises across Australia.
